For Families
Support that feels
safe and real.
H.E.Y. helps young people build emotional language, coping tools, and confidence — through supportive programming and outreach that meets families where they are.
What H.E.Y. Offers
A safe, caring place for your child to grow.
Our workshops give youth a space to name what they feel, practice healthy expression, and build the coping skills they carry with them for life. We work in schools and community settings — so support comes to your family, not the other way around.
When needs go beyond our scope, we help connect families to trusted community resources. We know our community, and we know who else is doing good work here.
H.E.Y. is mental-health–informed and non-clinical.
We do not diagnose or provide therapy. We provide prevention-oriented skill-building, supportive programming, and connections to community resources.

Coming Soon
Family & caregiver support is expanding.
H.E.Y. plans to expand programming to include workshops and resources designed specifically for parents and caregivers — practical tools to support emotional wellness at home, in the same warm, non-clinical format our youth programs use.
