For Young Adults
You don’t have to
carry it alone.
H.E.Y. creates supportive spaces for young adults to strengthen coping skills, emotional awareness, and confidence — through workshops and expanding group-based supports rooted in community.
What H.E.Y. Offers
Skill-building that meets you where you are.
Life as a young adult is a lot. H.E.Y. creates spaces where you can slow down, connect with others who get it, and build the emotional tools to navigate what you’re carrying — with steadiness, hope, and belonging.
Our workshops and expanding support circles focus on what’s real and practical: coping strategies, emotional awareness, communication, and confidence. No clinical framing. No judgment. Just a safe, caring space.
H.E.Y. is mental-health–informed and non-clinical.
We do not diagnose or provide therapy. We provide prevention-oriented skill-building, supportive programming, and connections to community resources.
Expanding
Youth & Young Adult Support Circles
We’re currently piloting peer-supported group spaces for older youth and young adults — skills-focused, community-rooted, and designed to build the kind of belonging that makes hard things easier.
